At Promitsio Coffee, it is our goal to efficiently provide you with, and deliver to you, some of the world’s best coffee.

Sending your order:

It is our goal to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and confirmed payment. On some occasions, due to roasting schedules/weekends/public holidays, your order may be sent slightly after this, as it is our commitment to ensure the freshness and quality of your order is paramount.

Whilst uncommon, in the event that there is a stock delay in dispatching your order, you will receive a courtesy notification from our team, outlining the reason for the delay, the length of the delay and alternative options.



Orders are sent via Australia Post, or in some cases, local courier. Shipping rates are displayed in your shopping cart prior to checkout and based on delivery to Australian addresses. Whilst all care is taken to appropriately pack and track your order, Promitsio Coffee accepts no responsibility for loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars, and where applicable, inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Returns Policy

Our commitment is to ensure prompt dispatch of high quality goods, supplied as per stated descriptions and your selection.

There are circumstances however that may occur, for which a request for replacement or refund is appropriate and reasonable.

In the event of dissatisfaction or issue with your order, our request is that you contact our team within 7 days, so that the issue can be resolved promptly.

For replacement or refund, we ask that the product be returned within 10 days of the shipment date. A replacement will be provided upon inspection and verification of the issue raised. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any returned items should be in their original packaging, in condition as received. Returned coffee and tea products should have at least 80% of their contents intact for assessment purposes.

On occasions, and at our discretion, we may choose to offer additional assistance and provisions not stated above. These provisions are in adherence with our commitment to wherever possible, ensuring a great coffee experience, and will be at the determination of Promitsio’s management.
